Sylvia Parsonage

Sylvia is the founder and principal at Parsonage & Co. Having set up the practice in 2004, she has over 15 years' experience as a family law practitioner. With extensive knowledge in all areas of family law, wills and probate, Sylvia ensures that Parsonage & Co is able to act for individual clients in all areas of their lives.

Although, committed to ensuring that matters are settled quickly and cost effectively, where a resolution is not possible Sylvia has an impressive track record representing clients in court.

Lisa Sollors

Lisa has over 10 years' experience as a residential conveyancer and previously worked with Sylvia prior to Parsonage & Co being established. With a wealth of experience in all residential property matters, Lisa prides herself on client care and receives the vast majority of her cases from referrals by previous satisfied clients.

Lisa understands that clients can find moving home a stressful process and will keep you informed through frequent communication.

Sandra Coleman

Sandra has over 20 years' legal experience and specialises in residential property, family law and lasting powers of attorney. She joined Parsonage & Co in 2009 having spent time working in family law and childrens' issues in Salisbury and Twickenham.

Her practical and assured manner ensures that clients feel safe and secure that their matter is being handled with sensitivity during what can often be a difficult time.

Fidelma McCarthy

Having joined the team in 2008, Fidelma has 13 years' experience as a family law practitioner specialising in divorce, ancillary relief, pre and post nuptial agreements, children and cohabitation disputes.

Fidelma is also a trained family mediator, skills which she applies to minimise conflict and reduce the frequency of litigation. As a Resolution member she undertakes much of her own advocacy (up to final hearings) and receives a high level of referrals through personal recommendation.

Janet Mills

Janet has worked for Parsonage & Co since it was established in 2004 and brings a wealth of experience to the roles of practice administrator and legal secretary. She has been in the legal field for over 40 years and brings a warm, friendly and efficient approach to the administrative side of the firm.

 

Often the first port of call for anybody contacting the practice, Janet also works closely with Sylvia and Fidelma looking after all of the firm's fee earners.
