Yolanda Mapes

Yolanda joined Parsonage and Co as our receptionist in January 2024 and has been working primarily as a Probate Assistant since December 2024.

Before joining Parsonage and Co, Yolanda spent many years working as the office manager at a local infant school and prior to that was a paramedic with the London Ambulance Service. She has carried across her compassionate and attentive nature to her work at the firm.

She is a friendly, bright, and proactive member of the probate team and is an asset to the firm in every area she assists.

Thank you so much for managing Auntie Barbara’s estate in the professional and compassionate manner that you have. We are very grateful to you for all your hard work, patience and understanding.
